Sebastian Lucido Ministries began in 1995 in the humblest of fashions — as a home Bible study group that met regularly in a suburban Detroit living room. Each week a small group of Christian friends met to share, discuss and learn from God’s Holy Word. As they quickly discovered, there was a greater spiritual hunger than one home could contain.

Led by Sebastian Lucido, an attendee of Rhema Bible Institute and an ordained minister, the study group moved its twice-weekly meetings to a neighborhood coffee house, where word of mouth began to attract an ever greater number of attendees. Over time, Sebastian’s group outgrew the coffee house as well, and took up residence in a large banquet facility at Freedom Hill County Park in Sterling Heights, Michigan.

In the past several years, the ministry has published a free magazine, broadcast a series of radio programs, published newsletters and distributed thousands of CDs, in the name of promoting the kingdom of God to a world desperately in need of the truth about Jesus Christ. Now in 2007, the ministry is changing tack yet again in order to meet peoples’ changing needs: We have launched this expanded online presence, complete with newsletters, articles, audio and video recordings and more in order to maximize the reach of His message worldwide.
